About Noi
From Junior Golfer to Fortune 500 Executive — and Back to the Game

Noi started playing golf at age 11. By high school, she had achieved a 3 handicap, led her team to a State Championship, and competed at Junior World Championships, Optimist International Junior Golf Championship and AJGA events against the best junior golfers in the world.
Her hard work paid off: 16 Division I schools recruited her, including Princeton, Yale, Brown, and Northwestern (the 2025 NCAA Division I Women's Champion). She chose Boston College, where she served as team co-captain her senior year.

Coaches valued her strong mental game and sportsmanship. She wasn't the most naturally talented player — but she outworked everyone with rigorous practice and smart course management.
Then Came the Career
After college, Noi built a decade-long career in Silicon Valley at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology.

She worked at The New York Times, Facebook (California → Singapore → launching Thailand operations), served as Managing Director at OMD Thailand, and became Head of Ads at Apple focusing on global business expansion.
Along the way, she:
- Built trusted relationships with CMOs and CEOs at Fortune 500 companies
- Helped Chevrolet become the first company to sell vehicles via Facebook
- Launched new brands and revived existing ones across America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East
Now She's Back to Help You

Noi understands the unique challenges student athletes face: language barriers, choosing the right school, culture shock, and balancing demanding schedules. She combines her firsthand NCAA experience with Fortune 500 marketing expertise to help junior golfers build standout personal brands to land the scholarships they deserve.
Parent expectations, competition and the drive to succeed have never been higher. Schools and academies must evolve to meet these demands. Noi partners with schools to achieve their goals through data-driven strategies, innovative technology and best practices proven across global brands.
